Have you ever thought of inquiring your life policy details over the Internet, as well as applying for fund switching or change of fund allocation instruction online? To enhance services provided to our valued customers, we have taken a revolutionary step to launch the Life eServices which makes your life policy information retrievable and the application for the aforesaid fund transactions available on your fingertips.

With our Life eServices, you can simply enter your Login ID and PIN over the Internet to enquire about information of your policy(ies) (e.g.list of Hong Kong or Macau Policies, coverage details, policy value and/or account value of each of the Hong Kong or Macau policy owned by you) or to download service forms. You can also submit applications for change of fund allocation instruction and fund switching online easily.

You can use our Life eServices by simply entering a Login ID and PIN, then you can browse all policies (under same insured) owned by you after login, whether it is a Hong Kong or Macau Policy.

To apply for Life eServices, please download 'Policy Service Application Form I HK' / 'Policy Service Application Form I MA', fill in the required information and sign on every page. You could submit the completed form either:
